Can a data center be built under the existing permits?
The permits in force cover warehouse and logistics buildings with a fixed, documented envelope: 42,000 m² of permitted halls at 10 m clear internal height. Those consents are not presented as a data center permit; the delivery path for data center use is developed with the counterparty as part of the build-to-suit plan, and the status of each element is stated as built, permitted or planned. What power is available today, and on what schedule does more arrive?
On-site power today is ~3 MW construction-ready, enough for site works and not for a campus. The route to more is a staged pathway toward ~200 MW in active engagement with ZSD, the regional distribution operator: a first uplift targeted within about ten months of a commitment, with further phases over roughly twenty-four months.
